- Sign a processor agreement that covers what Article 28 of the GDPR requires.
- Add the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914) for the transfer, using the module that matches your roles.
- Document a transfer impact assessment, as EU data protection guidance recommends.
- Share only the fields the task needs, and ask the provider who on their side can see them.
